How do we join? – To join simply head to the Join Us page and fill in the form about your business. We can add you to the database within 48 hours.
How much does it cost? – Early joiners will get their first year free. After that, or for any joining when our app is live, the fee is only £30 for the year. No hidden surprises just a one off yearly fee. Thats only £2.50 a month
How do i edit some of my info? – Eventually we will implement your own admin page to manage that, but for now you can email contact@thebuttyapp.co.uk with the details you would like to change.
I am a takeaway, can i join? – Unfortunately no. Our app is only for cafes and roadside butty vans that sell breakfast and lunches.
Is there any hidden costs? – Nope, just the annual subscription charge of £30, we have tried to keep this as low as possible to enable as any of you to use our services without breaking the bank.
App Users
How do i use the app? – Our app is very simple, upon opening the app, when you click the IM HUNGRY button, its finds your location and matches the nearest 5 cafes to your location from our database. If the first five dont tickle your fancy, you can click VIEW MORE to load the next five.
I have an Apple device, can i download? – At this moment in time we dont have an IOS version of the app this is in the pipeline but no date as of yet.
How do i leave a review? – To leave a cafe review you must be logged in, please note you can only leave 1 review per cafe.
My app doesnt work! – Please try and deleting the app cache in the settings and try again. Otherwise please delete and download thr app again. Failing that please contact us and our team should be able to help.
Can I delete my account? – Yes, Certainly. Your account can be deleted via our app. If you would like you can email us contact@thebuttyapp.co.uk and request an account deletion.
